The Northern Brass Quintet plays on Junction Creek

Event: the Northern Brass Quintet plays on Junction Creek
Date: Saturday, July 12, 2014
Time: 2pm
Location: at the end of Stafford Street, off of Lasalle Boulevard, in Greater Sudbury. The event is accessible via vehicle or via the Junction Creek Waterway Park Trail.

The Junction Creek Stewardship Committee and the Northern Brass Quintet invite you to celebrate 15 years of restoration at a concert along Junction Creek. Come enjoy classical and modern brass music along Sudbury’s beautiful urban waterway!

Would you prefer to come by foot or bike? Then use the Junction Creek Waterway Park Trail which facilitates non-motorized commuting from downtown to New Sudbury.

This is a free event. Bring a lawn chair for comfort, some friends for company, and an umbrella in case of rain.

The Sudbury working-group of The Media Co-op was formed to create independent media in the North, to speak to our issues and outlooks on our communities as well as the world around us. Independent media provides an avenue for people who are wishing to gain critical perspective on the issues that matter most to us, and to give a voice to those people and stories that you won't find in the mainstream media.
