Fall Book Sale: Main Library - Sat, Nov 16 & Sun, Nov 17 - hosted by the Friends of the Greater Sudbury Public Library
 
Blanket Drive - all branches of the library are accepting new or slightly used & washed blankets/comforters for the month of November to donate to those in need in conjunction with an upcoming program @ the South Library on Nov 21 (please see details on the event below)
 
Build a Tree - the Dowling Library is 'building a tree' out of books donated to them from Nov 1 to Dec 13. Will be posting pictures of their progress!

About the Sudbury Working Group

The Sudbury working-group of The Media Co-op was formed to create independent media in the North, to speak to our issues and outlooks on our communities as well as the world around us. Independent media provides an avenue for people who are wishing to gain critical perspective on the issues that matter most to us, and to give a voice to those people and stories that you won't find in the mainstream media.
