Make Your Mark on ReThink Green! Open House and Naming Contest – Thursday, October 17, 2013, 4:30PM – 6:00PM
SUDBURY, ON – With the completion of major renovations to our new Larch Street space, reThink Green is finally ready to show off the new Environmental Resource Centre (ERC) to the community. On October 17, 2013, 4:30PM – 6PM, members of the public are invited to visit us in our new community space on the third floor of 176 Larch Street.
Drop in and check out the new space, meet with reThink Green staff, volunteers, and board members, enjoy complimentary refreshments, and get some information on our upcoming social incubator, The Forge.
The ERC will continue to be the space for local environmental groups to meet, plan, and network. The new space will also function as a downtown hub for board meetings, workshops, and other events.
The Open House will feature:
25% discount on reThink Green group memberships
“Name the Environmental Resource Centre” contest, with prizes!
Food and refreshments
Slide show of the renovation
Branding display for reThink Green’s upcoming social incubator, The Forge
A new space needs a new name, and all attendees will have the chance to submit a suggestion for a new name for the Environmental Resource Centre. If your submission is selected, you will have made your mark on our new space, and you will win a prize from reThink Green!

The Sudbury working-group of The Media Co-op was formed to create independent media in the North, to speak to our issues and outlooks on our communities as well as the world around us. Independent media provides an avenue for people who are wishing to gain critical perspective on the issues that matter most to us, and to give a voice to those people and stories that you won't find in the mainstream media.
