A rain garden resembles a regular garden, but with a major difference. It receives rain water from hard surfaces, and is specially designed to slow and clean stormwater before it reaches our lakes, rivers and creeks. They can also be a solution to flooding and drainage problems.
Be among the first to fill this important need in our community, and contribute to healthy watersheds and clean lakes and rivers here in Greater Sudbury. Get connected to prospective clients, and the chance to make a positive difference.
Hosted by Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury.
About Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury – we are a grassroots network of citizen groups and individuals who share a vision of Sudbury as a green, healthy and engaged community. The Sudbury working-group of The Media Co-op was formed to create independent media in the North, to speak to our issues and outlooks on our communities as well as the world around us. Independent media provides an avenue for people who are wishing to gain critical perspective on the issues that matter most to us, and to give a voice to those people and stories that you won't find in the mainstream media.
