Sudbury, Dec. 5, 2016 – Do you want to be able to bike safely with your family? Do you want better bus service? Better sidewalks or crosswalks?
This Wednesday, December 7, come out to a community Sustainable Transportation information night to find out what the draft Master Transportation Plan means for you, and how you can have your say.
A short presentation followed by Q&A will be held at each of 5, 6, and 7 p.m. - come at the time that works for you. Families welcome - snacks and crafts available for kids.
The Transportation Master Plan is the framework for how we will all be able to get around our community. Come find out more about it and hear other updates about what's happening for walking, biking and busing in Greater Sudbury.
Coincidently, the City's new Active Transportation Coordinator is starting December 7. Come sign a welcome card and celebrate improving walking, biking and bussing in our city.
The Sustainable Transportation Information Night is hosted by Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury, Sudbury Cyclists Union, and Friends of Sudbury Transit.

The Sudbury working-group of The Media Co-op was formed to create independent media in the North, to speak to our issues and outlooks on our communities as well as the world around us. Independent media provides an avenue for people who are wishing to gain critical perspective on the issues that matter most to us, and to give a voice to those people and stories that you won't find in the mainstream media.
