Behind the scenes Steve follows news stories like few people. He educates himself on all stories from many sources in order to always gain a balanced perspective. His passion for the news developed on September 11/2001, when he questioned why such hatred was being felt towards the West. When he realized there many stories across the world were being rarely reported on, stories that influenced 9-11 to take place, Steve began to develop an interest in researching current and historical international events.
As an aspiring reporter, Steve was born in 1982 and lives in Toronto. He is also experienced at being in front of crowds and cameras as a DJ and MC.

The Sudbury working-group of The Media Co-op was formed to create independent media in the North, to speak to our issues and outlooks on our communities as well as the world around us. Independent media provides an avenue for people who are wishing to gain critical perspective on the issues that matter most to us, and to give a voice to those people and stories that you won't find in the mainstream media.
